Healing is not your purpose
YOU CAN REST. YOU CAN RELEASE THE STRUGGLE.
I want you to know that when it feels like you’ve done ALL the work, read all the right books, meditated and yoga’d till you could teach the stuff, had all the Epsom salt baths you can and you still feel like something’s off…You are not broken.
I know what it feels like to manage and survive and wonder “is this it?” You don’t have to keep hurting. I know what it feels like to feel stuck, lost, trapped, labeled, anchored, and pulled down by trauma and all the predictions & prescriptions of what others believe CPTSD (and etc.) means.
This isn’t it, friends.
I want you to know that there IS another side - you DO get to be okay. You are safe here. There is so much more for you and it’s real. Love is with you - always. (I know that’s hard to believe sometimes).
I know it’s possible because I did it - and let me tell ya - YOU ARE SO WORTH the journey.
When you are ready I will support, offer and guide you to some paths back to yourself again…
HEALING IS A NATURAL PROCESS AND IT’S ALREADY HAPPENING.
Your purpose is to express yourself AS YOU ARE NOW.
YOU CAN DO THIS.
