So let’s play with that for a moment with the wind and a tree as a material example. You as a tree, and the number as the wind. In the fall the tree loses its leaves and moves differently in the wind, In the summer when it’s full of leaves the wind also moves the tree differently.
Each still has its own frequency - but the EXPERIENCE of the wind is different in the fall than in the summer - but the tree is still a tree and the wind is still the wind.
However, there are other conditions and frequencies around all the time right? Temperature, logging, storms, birds landing on the tree - so like one extra ingredient in a muffin recipe can shift the flavour - perhaps there are conditions in your experience today that mean your experience of the numbers was different.
Like different music but the same dancers on the dance floor.

Yes there are many notes at play here and we will experience things differently day to day but the frequency of the number is the same.
Again another metaphor - water is water (frequency is frequency) but it moves all over the world in streams, rivers, the ocean, dams, taps, drains, ditches, raindrops - still water but the experience of it is always shifting and expanding and contracting and waving - so is our dance with the numbers.
