How it Works

STEP ONE

Read through the service page that best describes your goals. If a tailored day for you and your business feels right, go to step two.

STEP TWO

Use the VIP Day Booking Form on this page to book, and we will decide on a time and date. I will send you an invoice to finalize your booking.

STEP THREE

We will meet online or in person for your VIP day. You will get a final report with the next steps in PDF form after we meet. You now enjoy having some big tasks off your to-do list!

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

Investment

VIP Days start at $650 CAD + tax.

This base price includes a full day focused on your work, either online or in person in Val-des-Monts. The day includes 5 hours of focused work together, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Preparation guidance is provided in advance so we can make the most of our time together.

You don’t need everything figured out before booking, part of the process is helping you clarify what matters most and where to begin.

Yes. VIP Days are available both online and in person. Online sessions are held on Zoom, and we work through your website, messaging, or SEO together in real time.

If you prefer to meet in person (my preference too), sessions take place at our forest garden on the lake in Val-des-Monts, about 40 minutes from Parliament in Ottawa.

Either online on Zoom or in-person in Val des Monts in the forest by the lake (my preferred location!)
6 hours blocked off in your day – with one of those hours reserved for a break and lunch.

An example day at the forest garden retreat:

10:00 am-12:00 pm – focused work

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – lunch, wander around outside, meet the ducks, rest from working for an hour

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – continued work

4:00 pm – you have your website or online presence organized, the most important things to get you more visible by your dream clients online are done, you understand WHY and WHAT the next steps are you can take to continue to grow your business.

An example Zoom VIP Day:

10:00 am-12:00 pm – focused work on zoom.

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – lunch + rest from working for an hour (we hang up Zoom)

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Get back on Zoom and continue work

4:00 pm – you have your website or online presence organized, the most important things to get you more visible to your dream clients online are done, and you understand WHY and WHAT the next steps are to continue growing your business.

ALL VIP Days will get a final “report” with step-by-step instructions on the next steps you can take and a brief overview of what we accomplished.

You don’t need to have it figured out before we meet – this is one of my deep focus magical powers. I’ve got you.

Once your VIP Day is booked, you’ll receive a short questionnaire. This helps clarify what you’d like to focus on and what would feel most useful during our time together.

You may still be in the early season of your business and wondering if a website is for you. We can also explore that. I meet you where you are in your business and do the next steps to get you where you want to go.

VIP Days focus on the areas that will make the biggest difference. I will lay out a plan before so you know what to realistically expect.

Many people leave with important pieces already improved or completed, along with clear next steps they can continue working through afterwards.

If you still want more, you can always book another VIP day, or depening on what you need, we can come up with plan that works for both of us.

This is my secret sauce – balance -that meets YOUR needs and learning style.

VIP Days have a clear structure, so we stay focused and make meaningful progress.

At the same time, there is room to pause, ask questions, think things through, and adjust as we go.

If you still want more, you can always book another VIP Day, or explore Workshops and the Resources to continue building on your own.

Some VIP clients decide to revamp or build a new website after we work together, in that case the cost of your VIP day will go toward your new website design. I take a limited number of new website clients a year – most often we have already gotten to know each other.
