I’m highly sensitive and neurodivergent, too. I’ve always seen the little details and the big picture at the same time. I see how it’s all connected all at once, break it down, and we work through it all step by step.

MEET FILMORE, MY BUSINESS ASSISTANT: You will meet him online, at workshops here at the Forest Garden, or he will sit on you during an in-person session. No, he doesn’t fetch or walk well on a leash, but he naps like a champion, sits for his treats, and loves his humans fiercely.
